Blueberry Walnut Comfort Porridge

A delicious and nutritious oatmeal bowl with bananas, blueberries, walnuts, and honey.
  • 30 g oats
  • 150 ml milk
  • 7 g ground flaxseeds
  • 10 g walnuts (chopped)
  • 75 g blueberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • In a small saucepan, combine 30 g rolled oats and 150 ml milk (or unsweetened almond milk for plant-based alternative).
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Once it starts to simmer, reduce the heat to low and cook for about 5, stirring occasionally, until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and the porridge has thickened.
  • Once the porridge is ready, remove it from the heat and stir in ground flaxseeds.
  • Spoon the porridge into a bowl and top with chopped walnuts, blueberries, and a drizzle of honey.
  • Stir together if desired, and enjoy your warm, nutritious porridge!
